Fruity, Botanical or Earthy - What is your Flavor Origin?
Updated: Mar 13
Everyone has a go-to drink, whether it's white wine, an IPA, vodka or whiskey, we order drinks based on the spirit. What if we pressed pause on habit and made our next order a discovery experience? This is the foundation of Flavor Origins, the new menu at Seaglass Lounge designed to craft cocktails from the tastes and smells to which we are most drawn.
With 24 cocktails, including two non-alcoholic options, highlighting different flavors, styles, aromas and spirits, the variety of combinations are crafted to excite. Discovery doesn't stop with the drink, each menu offers unique information about different cocktail elements.
The flavor origin of each cocktail is presented in three profiles - fruit, botanical or earth. There is also a flavor chart that allows you to experiment and explore the menu's unique cocktail offerings. Each cocktail’s style is visually depicted on the chart with four areas that move from light and refreshing to strong and aromatic and again from comforting to adventurous.
We encourage you to try to explore the menu both by mood and flavor profile in order to discover your perfect cocktail. Multiple drinks may be required, but luckily you're within walking distance of your room with a view.
