Let Your Culinary Compass Lead You to the 7th Annual Fish to Fork Weekend
Are you in need of an escape? Something to break you out of the day-to-day, that appeals to your love for food and connects you with your natural surroundings? Welcome to Fish to Fork Weekend, an unmatched foodie experience, with true dock-to-dish specialties in a fun and interactive atmosphere hosted by Omni Amelia Island Resort.
We've raised anchor on our 7th Annual Fish to Fork event happening May 7-10, 2020, welcoming renowned chefs from around the country who specialize in Southern cuisine while also celebrating Mother's Day. Chefs will showcase their culinary and fishing skills as they compete to win the legendary chef showdown.
VIP package guests and chefs arrive Thursday evening and participate in a variety of activities, fishing and exclusive dining experiences. The weekend culminates at the Main Event for 450+ regional attendees where the featured chefs compete in individual and group cooking challenges.
This experience challenges our group of chefs as they fish for their main ingredients on Friday morning with Amelia Angler charter captains and VIP package guests. They then turn their catch into individual competition creations dished up for the Main Event attendees to taste and vote on Saturday night. This is where the fun begins as they are teamed up at random and given a secret ingredient challenge where they have an hour to make another 450 dishes for guests to enjoy and judge. Winners are announced live at the event, along with incredible raffle prizes and much more to eat, drink and experience.
